The San Martin Pension is about an 11-minute walk to the main old town and would just need less time to reach the main beach. The rooms most of all are very clean and quite modern. Somewhat, some of the things others complain are the walls are quite and extremely thin. However, the staff was super amazing, thoughtful, friendly and also very helpful. They may also have some free espresso coffee or tea or some other drink each morning! Just ask them.

Hotel Nicols is quite a drive up the nearby hill. But you will love the place with the scenic and amazing views of San Sebastian town. This is a very clean hotel, though sometimes described as off the beat, yet everything is quite fine. They have friendly staff which was very helpful and accommodating. Their beds, as well as their sheets, are a bit simpler, yet it would be okay if you are just staying for overnight which is good. The staff is very friendly and okay. 8. Hotel Usategieta
Hotel Usategieta can make you stay more than one time if you are in san Sebastian for a longer period. It is great in location and a great stop if you are traveling somewhere in Spain going to France or even if you are going the opposite or other direction. The hotel is generally surrounded by many mountains and the large green area. This is close to the highway, however, it’s location lets you forget about it. 9. Pension Bule
The Pension Bule is in a great location which is great for travelers. The Pension, in general, is very good overall in terms of hotel quality. You shouldn’t think of other things as you will enjoy the comfy bed. The rooms may face the interior courtyard as well as mainly face other apartments. 10. Pension Loaldia
Pension Loaldia may seem to be quite cheap at first thought but it was in a great location, which is being in a short walk from the nearby bus station, as well as the beaches and even the Tapas and Pintxos bars. The place was clean, quite neat and have everything you will need. It was also very quiet for those looking to relax and sleep. This was an awesome and great place to stay if you come in the high season which is reasonably priced for having such a good location.

Look for rooms that are generally clean and spacious. You can always ask to be transferred if something is not good in the room. Ask also if the WiFi work quite well. Ask also if the breakfast would be included in the price that you will pay. However, hotels mostly have a number of cafés and diners in the area in San Sebastian.
