Take JR Yamanote Line from Shibuya station to Shinjuku that will take around 14 min and cost you 160yen. This is a short way you need to be attentive because train just stops for the moment here.

By Bus:

Take Odakyu Express from Shibuya terminal that will reach the destination in 15 min and cost you 150 yen.

By Train:

Take JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line to Shinjuku that will take 20 min to reach the Shinjuku station and it will cost 180 yen.

By Bus:

Take Odakyu Express from Osaki bus terminal to Shinjuku that cost around 150yen and take 20 min to reach Shinjuku terminal.
