Cuiaba is a city in the state of Mato Grosso in Brazil and it is the capital as well. Cuiaba is located in the center of South America. The city’s total land area is 3,291 kilometers squared and the population of Cuiaba as of 2015 is 580,489.

1. Visit the famous churches in town

Cuiaba is a very historical place and also the churches along with it. Visiting churches might be one of the last thing on your mind during a vacation but visiting the churches in this city is totally worth it. 6. Have fun with animals at the zoo

Get away from the busy environment of the city and visit the zoo. The zoo is the best place to enjoy nature with its flora and fauna. The UFMT zoo is also great for families with little kids as it is very exciting that only for them but for the adults too! Make sure to visit the zoo when the weather is not that hot because Cuiaba can be a very hot city.
