The Shirakawa City line the Shogawa River Valley within the distant mountains that are wide from Gifu to Toyama Prefectures. Take Take Shinkansen Yamabiko 213 from Tokyo station Departure track No.22 to SHIN-SHIRAKAWA this will take 80 min and then take the bus from Shin- Shirakawa to Shirakawa that will take 5 min and cost of the whole journey will be 3350yen.

Take LTD. Express HIDA 20 from Takayama to Nagoya and then take Shinkansen Nozomi 58 to Tokyo and then take another Shinkansen Yamabiko 41 from Tokyo to Koriyama and take JR Tohoku Line for Kuroiso to Shirakawa this whole journey will cost you 11000yen and will take 6 hours.

By Bus:

You have to Travel by Train till Shin- Shirakawa and then you can have a bus or local transport to Shirakawa, it will take 5 min and 100yen cost.
